Communicate Your Expectations Clearly

Think about how your firm is communicating information. Are you delivering a clear, consistent message? Are you communicating effectively? Sometimes the only way to find out is to ask those who are receiving the information. Keep in mind that sometimes they may not give you the most truthful answer for any variety of reasons.
